We don't think that Whimsy is close to a year old based on her teeth, her size and her youthful personality. Whimsy is a tiny thing but she has a huge personality. She never, ever stops wagging her tail and she lets other dogs know if she doesn't like something!!!! She loves to be inside with her foster family, isn't particularly fond of a crate and she walks very nicely on a leash. She is pretty athletic and is prone to leaping in the air when she is overjoyed!
