Tres Amigas:

  • Female

These three beautiful baby girls were dumped at a sanitation department in the local mountains. Bewildered and scared, they huddled in the middle of a parking lot hoping someone would help them.

We can only guess how they got there or why someone callously left them to such an uncertain future. If everyone spayed and neutered their dogs, we would be happily out of business and our own dogs would feel like they were on vacation. What we know for sure is that many times puppies are dumped in places where nobody finds them, or nobody cares. These are the lucky ones.

A good Samaritan stepped in and the tres amigas are now safe with Coastal German Shepherd Rescue! The girls are about 5 weeks old and appear to be Shepherd/Lab mixes. They are absolutely adorable and are very well behaved puppies. Happily they seem to be crate trained.

A puppy is a 10 to 15 year lifetime commitment which can't be undertaken lightly. You will lose some shoes and you will have a stain or two on your carpet. You'll have vet bills and food bills and will need to make arrangements for vacations, and you will commit to live where you can have a large dog. If you are up to these commitments, you are ready to submit an application!

Our adoption fee for puppies under one year is $350, and any puppies adopted through Coastal are always spayed or neutered.

Because of the overwhelming response we get to puppies, we ask that you first submit our online application, and one of our adoption counselors will be in touch with you shortly.
