Tosca is a sweet and very petite shepherd lady. She is very affectionate and very friendly with people. She has been in a foster home where all she really wanted to do was hang out with her foster mom wherever she was!

We think Tosca is between 3 and 4 years old and she weighs under 50 lbs. She doesn't tear up a house - perfectly past that puppy stage! Tosca would do fine with another dog that isn't too dominant.

She walks well on a leash and is housebroken.
