Tom is a handsome male about 4 years-old. He was found on a freeway running with a companion who has since been adopted. Tom gets along with most females, but can be selective about males. Tom is an energetic boy and needs a family who can provide rules and structure. Tom would greatly benefit from training. He would do well in a home with older children, as his exuberance can be overwhelming to small children.
