In the rural high desert there is a rescuer who feeds and befriends the stray dogs that call the rocks and canyons their home. She walks the train tracks and sets up feeding stations for the souls that have been abandoned and learn to fend for themselves. One of the female dogs that she had been trying to trap and befriend was seen building a den and spending a lot of time away. Low and behold, she had birthed a litter of puppies in the den she built between two boulders. Thanks to the help of a wonderful trapper, momma and pups were brought to safety. Momma is learning how to trust again and she is decompressing in a safe environment- her babies have been hand raise since about three weeks of age! They are now ready to be adopted! These pups are a combo of shepherd and other herding breeds, plus a big portion of cuteness! They each have their own personalities but all are solid, balanced pups who are ready to join families of their own!
Tessy has the coloring of a traditional GSD unlike her sisters who look more like their dad. The litter's mom appears to be a GSD/Husky/Herding dog mix. The possible dad appears to be a white Husky. The T litter puppies have quite a few Husky traits including being stubborn, very busy, talking and howling.
