Tank is a playful, energetic boy. He knows sit and some other basic commands. He is housetrained but is used to having a doggie door so you will have to stay on top of him if you do not have a dog door or a door you can leave open.

Tank loves his foster mom and sister and can sometimes be glued to them. He listens, loves to learn, and will play games with them and his canine brother Astro. He runs and wrestles with Astro all morning and then sleeps by his foster mom in her office while she works until dinner time. He is a little fearful of and barks at his foster dad but they are making progress every day. When new people come over, he can act a little shy, and after some initial barking, he does interact with the guests and calms down. He's a world class cuddler, too.

Tank loves to eat and loves receiving treats. He is learning "gentle" when it comes to treat taking.

Tank would benefit being with another dog who is active, maybe an older one who can "train" him on how to be the best dog he can be. He has not been around children and cats so we aren't sure how he will do with them. He is a gentle boy so he most likely would be good with children if they interact slowly and give him some space.
