Sutton came to us along with his mother, Savvy, who is also available for adoption through Coastal GSR. Both mom and pup were very scared and it took time for them to warm up to the people around them. Sutton lived in a foster home with four large shepherd sisters and did fine with all of the dogs, but needed help overcoming his shyness around people. We sent him to boot camp and he's now much more outgoing, social, and even obedience trained! He is potty trained, crate trained, easy on a leash, a velcro dog, and now obedience trained. He will still be fearful around people he doesn't know and will need a home who can give him the structure and time he needs to trust them. He has not been around cats, so we aren't sure how he will react to them, and he's scared of energetic children and would do best with kids over 10 years of age.
