This is the sweetest little guy. He's going to be the sweetest BIG guy once he grows inot his huge paws and legs. He really prefers to snuggle in and has mostly slept in the short time we've had him. We can only imagine that the stress & confusion that he has experienced in a scary shelter has whupped his stamina. But no worries, he is now in a foster home where he is loving the big fluffy beds, the other dogs and good food.

Spud spent his 1st days with us at the OC Marathon adoption event where he got to hold court on a big dog bed in front of our booth and he was a BIG hit with the kids (and the adults!). He was gentle & kind with all he met - he is playful but in a measured way. He seems more mature than his 3 - 4 mos of life. He doesn't want any trouble and is submissive to the adult dogs in his foster home but also very friendly and happy. Spud has also shown how bright he is and almost immediately grasped the concept of going potty OUTSIDE! We are confident that he will be housebroken in no time!
