Sophie is a gorgeous and loving purebred German Shepherd looking for a new forever home.

Sophie had a family, but she was found alone in the backyard with a little food and water. The house was vacant and her family was gone. Maybe they were hoping that someone would give her a forever home, something they couldn’t do. Sophie knows she was abandoned, she misses her family and doesn’t understand why she was left behind.

Sophie is a wonderful dog. She is probably 6 years old. She is active, healthy completely housebroken and sleeps inside at night.

She is currently in a foster home, but it is for a short time only. She is very sociable and gets along well with the foster family’s other dogs. We are not sure about cats as we have never seen her around them. The kids in the foster home are very gentle with her and she loves to be with them.

Sophie is very well behaved. She causes no problems and is easy to love. She would be a wonderful addition to any family!
