Sonya nearly didn't make it out of a high kill shelter alive. She was tagged as dog aggressive and fearful of people. We decided to see beyond that and take her in. Right now, Sonya is rooming in a kennel run with Sharra, an older female, and doing just fine. In addition, at her first meet and greet, she wanted nothing more than to roll on her back so the humans could rub her belly!
