Soju This girl is one-of-a-kind and the only long haired, Husky-looking female with brown, white and gold markings. She is calm and mature compared to her litter. She can play with the best, but when she’s had enough you’ll often find her and her sister, Cielo, heading to the baby bed to get first pick of the choice spots. Words like “centered” and “old soul” come to mind when we’ve been holding her and she looks deeply into our eyes with her chocolate colored ones. A treasure! She would be happiest in a more low-key home without small children or other active, busy dogs.

Soju started her life in a shelter. Her wonderful mama, Inari, was found emaciated in a field in early December and gave birth to the litter in January. Despite the setback, she was a wonderful mother and raised a strong, sweet and healthy litter! The family found their way to a foster home when the babes were 3 ½ weeks old.

Inari and each puppy have been checked and treated by a vet. The puppies are eating solid puppy food and are healthy! They’ve had constant and connective interaction with the foster family members (even cats) and they love people!
