Sitka has her whole life ahead of her. She is just a baby - she is now in a rescue kennel where she gets lots & lots of play time with other dogs and volunteers get her out for walks every day.

Sitka, like her sister Denali, will do best going to a home with a slightly older confident dog to continue to help model proper canine behavior.

Update 5/15/11

Sitka has learned how to be a dog! She enjoys the company of others and delights in her time with her caretaker. She truly will blossom in a home with another dog. Sitka needs a buddy to continue being socialized and to become the wonderful dog that she can be!
