Sienna
- Female
Sienna lived with 2 other dogs, and they got preferential treatment while she was treated as a 3rd class citizen.
Within an hour of being at the event, Sienna came out of her shell . . . afraid of men? Not a chance! She couldn’t get enough attention from one of our male volunteers, she clung on to him like her new best friend. She was happy to be out and mingled amongst the other dogs and people like it was nobody’s business.
Sienna is a very friendly dog, with people and other dogs. She is now in a foster home with children (ages 5 and 8). She has a foster sister whom she plays with, a cat that she doesn’t mind at all and has learned how to use the doggie door without a problem!
Because this is probably the first time she’s ever been cared for, she has developed minor separation anxiety. We are confident that once she builds her confidence the anxiety can be thrown out the window. She is still trying to gain weight . . .
