We were alerted to a puppy already in need of some help to get out of a high-kill shelter, when we found out that his mother was also there. We don’t leave anyone behind, so we rescued them both. Her puppy weaned and ready to explore the world on his own, Savvy is now also ready to find a family who will love her!

Shy and timid at first, this pint sized cutie is a total cuddle bug when she gets to know you. Savvy is dog friendly and would enjoy a home with some canines playmates, if given the option. She needs a family who can provide her guidance and structure, otherwise, Savvy will begin to believe she is in charge of the family and home.
