This black beauty is Sable! Rescued from a high kill shelter on her last day, we are very lucky we were able to save her. At about a year old, she is spectacular. Very smart and true to the breed, she loves her walks and has made friends with all of our volunteers. She is so adaptable to any home and will make a fabulous companion dog with other dogs or as a solo dog with an active owner. We can not say enough great things about Sable!
Solid black German Shepherds are very difficult to photograph well- it’s been proven that we can’t capture them like seeing them in person! Don’t let her pics fool you, this girl is a showstopper!
