A good Samaritan appealed to Coastal German Shepherd Rescue to save Roscoe from a municipal animal shelter and we just couldn't say no. Roscoe was originally picked up as a stray with no identification. He was impounded at a local shelter and waited for his owners to reclaim him. Unfortunately, his owners never showed. Roscoe's time was up and he was in dire straits. Coastal scooped him up and he is ready for his forever home!

He is a mere 18 months old and would love to go through basic obedience with his new owners and show how much he already knows. Roscoe plays well with other friendly dogs and appears to enjoy the company of children.
