Coastal GSR was contacted by a southland shelter that let us know a tow truck driver, who was moving an abandoned car, found a box containing three puppies inside the car. The puppies were estimated to be 5 weeks old. There were two males and a female and their foster family named them: Ranger, Rolo, and Rooney.
Rolo is one of the boys and he is not as "German Shepherd looking" as his brother Ranger but he is very sleek and handsome. He is part German Shepherd, but without having information about his mom and dad, we can not say more than that. He loves to follow his foster mom around and wants very much to be part of family life.
Rolo is with a foster family that has large dogs, small dogs, and young children. The children love him and have spent lots of time holding him and playing with him. It is a busy household, and as much as his foster mom thinks he is a little sweetheart, she would like to see him in a home of his own where he is the center of attention.
