Quincy/Frankie was rescued from the shelter with his siblings mom and dad. Raised in a foster home, our Q puppies have grown up to be happy, healthy youngsters who are now ready to join families of their own. He is the smallest of the group, but he doesn't let that hold him back, he has no problem keeping up with his bigger siblings.
