If you are looking for a smaller mix, meet our Princess. Found terrified on the streets by a good Samaritan, we couldn't say no to her. She has a very sweet, but very shy disposition.

It took awhile but Princess finally got into a foster home where she can learn that the world isn't such a scarey place. She will come to her foster mom and will even wag her tail. She is slowly learning how to play with other dogs and her new "pack" is showing her the ropes.

She would be the perfect apartment dog. She will require someone who has the patience to work with a shy girl and give her lots of exposure by walking, taking her on car rides, going to coffee shops or dog friendly restaurants. And it wouldn't hurt for her to join a family as a 2nd dog since she can use the confidence of another canine buddy.

Probably best with older kids as we think toddlers might frighten her. She has been cat & kid tested over the holidays and was a rock star. The cats that she met usually 'skedaddle' if they see danger. Both cats hung out the whole time and Princess was more interested in treats from her new best friend. While she is still a pup, she is learning how to love people.
