Poppy had wounds all over her face and was covered in ticks and tar when rescued. As battered as she was, this young girl (probably 1 or 2 years old) was still very sweet to everyone she met. She's been treated for her wounds, which are healing nicely, and blood work was run to ensure she had no tick-borne diseases. (She did not have any.) Poppy is a really sweet dog and is non reactive to other dogs while on a leash or in her kennel. She is easy to handle and is ready to find her forever family!
