Mom "Liberty" was found on the 4th of July in a backyard after fireworks were over. Liberty was pregnant and very scared. She gave birth to her puppies 12 days later. Phoenix is one of her puppies.

Liberty is a German Shepherd and dad was obviously an Australian Shepherd. Most of the seven pups in the litter look either like mom or dad but Phoenix looks a little like both. They have been socialized around children and other dogs. They will be 2 months old on September 10th and will be able to go home with adopters after that.
