Penny

  • Female
  • 1-2 years
  • White German Shepherd

As a puppy, Penny was rescued from a backyard breeder. The whole litter was living in extreme and dangerous filth, all of the puppies having severe burns from constantly sitting in their own urine. The parents were supposed to be purebred White German Shepherd Dogs and, even though you never know with a byb, they do seem to be purebreds. The puppies were born around New Year's Eve of 2018, making Penny a year old now.

Penny was the "middle" sister. She was larger and more active than her litter mates and has grown into a gorgeous young adult. She grew up with children and a cat, has been around small and large dogs and does ok with most of them, but can be leash reactive (something we're working on with her) when out and about. This young beauty is very smart and longs for a GSD savvy home who can give her plenty of exercise, structure, and fun-filled days of adventure.

Penny is potty trained, crate trained, knows her basic commands, and is good on a leash.
