We rescued Owen from a very crowded shelter were he cowered in the back of a kennel. He had very few experiences to tell him that people were kind and wouldn't hurt him. Thankfully, we are able to change this for him! Owen is coming out of his shell quite a bit and opening up to the people around him. We believe that Owen is a doxie/beagle mix. He is small with short legs- super cute guy in a very petite package!
