This compact beauty is a 3-year-old purebred German Shepherd Dog who is ball obsessed and obedience trained. It's not often that we know everything about a dog's background, but, in this case, we do: her parents were from Germany, she is in excellent health, and her hips are very strong.

Olive is extremely loyal to her family and a classic "working dog," always on watch and with a high level of energy. She loves to play fetch and will leap into the air to catch something and bring it back for more!

Because of Olive's high drive, she will need to be placed in a home that has GSD experience and with someone who understands she will need to have plenty of exercise. She would do well with another dog, if properly introduced, and her owners will need to be committed to training and keeping her mind active. She would be an excellent dog for someone that wants to do agility training. She is very sweet, good with adults and children, crate trained and is basic obedience trained.
