Nikita

  • Female
  • 4-6 months
  • German Shepherd Dog

Nikita and her brother "Shep" were left in a night drop box at an Inland Empire shelter. The shelter estimated that they were about 6 months old. After they came to Coastal GSR, both puppies had to see a vet for upper respiratory issues and diarrhea. They have been treated and are feeling much better.

Nikita and Shep are very good looking dogs in spite of their past neglect. They may be purebred German Shepherds based on their appearances.

Nikita is in a foster home with two large male German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois dogs. She is very comfortable with her foster brothers and also gets along with the other dogs when visiting the fosters' relatives. She has a wide circle of dog friends.

Nikita loves to explore. She is very curious about everything going on around her. She is in the puppy stage where chewing is a high priority for her, so before bringing Nikita home, load up on the chew toys and bully sticks.
