Poor Nellie was so scared in the shelter! When we first met her, she was shaking uncontrollably from fear with her tail slammed tightly to her belly. After some quiet time, she slowly unwound and relaxed. We know she is wonderful with other dogs as she rode uncrated with two other boys on the road to freedom.

At her first adoption event, she was definitely shy but after spending most of her time with different volunteers, walking around the Petsmart, Nellie came alive and agreed to pose for new photos with her rescuers!!!

We think that Nell will do fine with any dogs and most likely will be fine with cats.
