Mulligan is a typical energetic youngster - he is happy, silly and ready to rock n roll. Mulligan has a bit of obedience training - he will readily sit for you and he'll walk fine on a leash once his pup energy plays out. He is great with other dogs and would be a wonderful addition to an active family.
