This striking boy is Mulligan. We think he is a charmer, don't you? Mulligan was picked up as a stray in a rural part of town and no one came to claim him. Unfortunately, his story is all too common. When the shelter staff noticed that he had a mild ear infection--notice his ear that is laying flat--he was put on the list to euthanized. Put to sleep over an ear infection??? As absurd as this sounds, it is the harsh reality of county shelters. We were Mulligan's only safety net and thankfully he is safe now! Mulligan is probably 3 years old--the perfect age to adopt a German Shepherd! Mulligan is looking for a home that will love and cherish him and never let him go.
