Maya and her brother were dumped at the shelter after a toddler grabbed her brother by the hips and pulled hard. Her brother spun around to see why the heck he was being handled so roughly. The bright bulb family decided to dump both siblings in a high kill shelter. Maya was an innocent bystander but still ended up in a precarious position.

Maya is very tall for a female, elegant and light on her feet. She sits, she downs and she shakes so her previous family did spend time working with her. Our transporter brought her twin girls along to help in this rescue effort and Maya was gentle & kind with all.
