Max is about four years old. He lived in a back yard his whole life. Finally when Max's owner split, his roommate contacted us to help Max find a new home. We're more than glad to help, Max is very special. Besides being very very furry! Do you think someone could have brushed poor Max? If you're into knitting he might just have a way to help!

Update 6/10/06: Look at this handsome fellow! WOW, what a difference a simple bath can make! Now Mr. Max isn’t overly thrilled with the bathing process (we’re guessing that this bath was the first of his life) but he can’t argue with the results.

Max is very sweet and mellow. He perks up at the sight of a leash and we are guessing that daily walks will be very, very good for him! He does just fine with other dogs. He rides nicely in the car but it isn’t his favorite activity.

We are so excited to help Max find his forever home – we love our before and after pictures along with our before and after stories about these guys! Max absolutely deserves the very, very best!
