I’m Luna and I’m from Ventura County and was raised on a ranch. I'm about 2 years old, was found as a stray, and turned in to the local animal shelter just five days before I gave birth to ten beautiful puppies. I raised my pups and was a great mom to them until each one found a great home- now I'm hoping for a home of my own!

The man who found me and turned me in to the shelter said he heard gunshots and thought they were meant for me so, for my own safety, he took me to the shelter. No one ever came to claim me but, thankfully, Coastal GSR rescued me and has taken care of me ever since.

I am a loyal and very smart dog. Once our bond is established, I will be your close and faithful friend. I'll show you I have an easy going and happy personality. I have been around children but not the very young ones.Please take me home and give me a chance. Once you do you'll wonder how you ever got along without me!
