Lukas was a very sick boy who was abandoned by his family when they moved away and left him behind. He had identification and the shelter attempted to contact the family but they never came back for him. When he came out of the shelter on 12/30/09, he was clearly sick with a severe upper respiratory and required two hospital stays to pull through.

After some R & R, its hard to believe that he was so sick!!! Lukas lives with other shepherds & a small dog and gets along with all of them. He has also met and ignores them! Lukas is a perfect lap dog, or so he thinks! He loves to curl up with his foster mom and he loves his walks. Lukas loves his car rides too! Overall, this is one perfect fella.
