Louise has had a rough 18 months of life but we are here to change that around! She was part of a cruelty and neglect case where a very large number of dogs were living in squalor in a one bedroom apartment. Thankfully, we were able to rescue Thelma and her sister Louise. These two ladies had not seen the light of day prior to being impounded by animal control and subsequently rescued by Coastal.
Louise has since come out of her shell and blossomed into a sweet little gal! She is 38 lbs and good with all other animals. She especially likes the fosters' cats and will spend time in the "cat room" with them in the evenings to curl up with them. She prefers men but likes women as well- she is just slower to warm up to women.

She loves her daily walks and would love to have an active home where walking was part of the routine! Having another dog in the house will help Louise settle in and feel comfortable with her new home.
