Louie is a friendly, affectionate, and playful dog who is around a year old. He had been hit by a car and was dropped off at an animal shelter by Good Samaritans. The shelter saved Louie by sending him to the animal hospital and giving him emergency surgery, but his left front leg had to be amputated as it was too far gone to fix. Louie doesn't even notice it's gone and has adjusted very well!

Louie gets along with his canine foster brothers and loves a good backyard romp session. He is currently working on his doggie manners and is doing quite well! This active #tripawd loves cuddles, belly rubs, and would thrive in an active home with a canine companion.
