Lotus is one of the puppies in our "L litter". The mom of the litter is Libby. Libby, another female German Shepherd, and a male black Labrador Retriever were found on a farm in Riverside County. Libby was pregnant and the other Shepherd had just given birth to a litter of puppies. The black Lab is thought to be the dad of both litters.

Libby went to a foster home in Orange County where she gave birth to 10 puppies on July 11th - 3 males and 7 females. The puppies have been doing great and are now ready to go to their forever homes.

Some of the puppies look more like their German Shepherd mom and others look more like their black Lab dad. Their photos do not do them justice.
