Lorna

  • Female

Lorna came to us after being dumped by her previous owners. No reason was given, just an unceremonious trip to the city shelter. Bewildered and confused, Lorna waited to be adopted. Her chances of adoption faded at the city shelter and she was added to the list to be euthanized. Thankfully, while visiting the shelter to rescue another dog, we came across Lorna. She was sitting in the front of her kennel with one paw up on the gate. Practically begging for us to free her. We couldn't turn away from her pleading eyes. On the ride home, Lorna rested her head on the center counsel and watched the big world pass by. We could see the worry lifted from her face. She knew she was free and on her road to happiness. Lorna has been with is for some time now and it is definitely her time to shine! Lorna is housebroken, easy and mellow. She gets along with other dogs, especially male dogs. She is a neat dog with a wonderful personality.

Don't overlook Lorna and the other dogs in the 5-7 yrs old range. This is the fruitful years for a German Shepherd! Mature enough to not run a marathon, yet brilliant enough to shine like the glorious star that they are!
