King was part of a family, but his dad was stationed out of the area and was given to another family. Four years later, his new family was given orders to relocate, also leaving King behind. We didn't want to see him go to a shelter, so he's now in rescue hoping to find someone who will love him forever. This handsome boy is around 6 years old, gets along great with other dogs, has lived with children, is potty trained, and absolutely adores his people. When we took him into the rescue, he had a mass that has since been removed from his leg- it was not cancerous and he's been given a clean bill of health! He also has one old acl tear, but it's being managed with pain meds and he's still a happy boy who loves to go on walks, he can just be a little slow getting up and down.
