Keely
- Female
This beautiful girl was most likely hit by a car which shattered her right hind leg. Thanks to a generous donation from The Jason Heigl Foundation, we were able to pay for surgery with the help of Dr Wheaton at Alicia Pet Care in Mission Viejo in order for her to walk, run and play again like any regular shepherd.
Recovering beautifully, Keely has proven to be a perfect patient and foster dog. She is kind, calm, housebroken, and rides with good manners in a car. She permits all kinds of grooming without a fuss, and is also progressing extremely well in learning her basic obedience commands.
Keely is good with other dogs, and is quite tolerant of her 6 month Lab foster brother. This wonderful gal also lives in a home with a 10 year old boy and is easy with children. Keely has a sweet and gentle nature and will do very well with a mild natured owner or family. We really can't say enough nice things about her. She is a perfect gem.
