Karcsi and her "kids" were rescued from death in the eleventh hour by Coastal. When we saw the photos of this skinny mom and her pups we couldn't leave them to die. We were horrified to find out that the shelter had been adopting out the still nursing pups and we hope those babies are ok. We were able to pull Karcsi and her last 3 puppies and get them to the safety of a foster home. With plenty of good food and a quiet place to finish raising her babies, Karcsi has blossomed and gained some much needed weight.

Karcsi is a very sweet active younger dog. Originally listed as 5 years old, we believe she is actually much younger. She is a very happy girl who loves her toys and to play fetch. On the smaller side, Karcsi is very affectionate and enjoys being petted and brushed. Taking advantage of the second chance she has been given, Karcsi like to lay outside in the fresh air and have a good roll in the grass. Simple pleasures are not taken for granted by this young lady. She is also housebroken, well behaved and walks nicely on a leash. Her puppies have since been adopted and now Karcsi is looking for a home of her own!
