Java's mother is Jessie, who is also available for adoption. Jessie was rescued and it was quickly determined that she was VERY pregnant. When she began labor, she was clearly having trouble and she was rushed to our vet for an emergency C section. Sadly, only Java survived the long haul - eight other puppies didn't make it. Jessie had a hard time nursing so Java has been bottle raised and is very well socialized for such a little guy.
