Jasper and the J puppy litter had a rough start. They were found behind a grocery store in the Inland Empire and were covered with dirt, fleas and ticks. They went into foster homes and are now big healthy puppies!

Jasper was an absolutely adorable puppy (puppy photos included) who is growing up to be a very handsome boy. He was the runt of the litter. His left front leg had no feeling in it and only got in his way. It was amputated and Jasper is now a tripod. Jasper, like most puppies who had an amputation this young, doesn't even realize he is missing a limb! He is still able to walk and he is an active boy who can keep up with his two big foster brothers just fine! One of the brothers is over 100 pounds! Jasper is crate trained and house broken.

Jasper is 10 months old and ready to go to his forever home! He loves to play with other dogs so a home with another dog would be perfect for him. (His foster family thinks it is best if he goes to a home that does not have a pool in the backyard since he is missing one of his front legs and it may be difficult for him to climb out if he accidentally falls in.)
