Iggy was sadly abused in his former life by a woman that was taking her anger out on the family dog. While we didn't see if for ourselves, supposedly she felt that taping the dogs mouth shut would keep him from barking. Maybe if she hadn't locked him in a crate in the garage all by himself that would have helped too??? Hmmmm....

None of that matters now because he's safe with us due to a concerned individual that contacted us and asked for help. Iggy is a really funny, goofy looking guy that will win you over instantly.
