Hogan

  • Male
  • 1-2 years
  • German Shepherd Dog

Around 1-2 years old, Hogan was picked up as a stray and landed at the OC Shelter. After a couple of weeks, he started showing signs of parvo and needed a rescue to save him by the end of the business day or he would be put down. We have had great luck treating parvo dogs and knew Hogan deserved a chance, so we rushed to pick him up and get him to our vet. A few weeks later, he's healthy, happy, and loving every minute of life!

Hogan is now enjoying a foster home and proving to be a smart cookie: he's potty trained, crate trained, knows his basic commands, is very ball driven, and a quick learner. He is still a puppy and can be mischievous, but is a good listener and easily corrected. Hogan loves people and wants to get as much attention as possible from every person he meets. If you're looking for a giant lap dog who loves to give hugs, this is the boy for you!
