Gertz is a four year old shepherd imported from Germany. He had been a loved family member until his family was transferred overseas and they could not take Gertz along. Gertz is obedience trained and accustomed to living in a home with children.

He was attacked as a small pup and therefore he is reactive around boisterous dogs and would do best in a single dog home! Although, we think he could probably live with a mellow, submissive dog as well. Gertz is a very nice boy, who would very much like to settle back into a family situation.
