Floyd is a handsome German Shepherd Dog who came to Coastal along with his puppies, the F puppy litter. Floyd, his puppies, and two Huskies (one of which was the mother of the puppies), all lived in deplorable conditions before being rescued by Coastal GSR and a Husky rescue. All were covered with ticks, fleas, and a couple of the puppies had ringworm.

In spite of a being a neglected yard dog, Floyd is ridiculously sweet with people and good with females dogs after a proper intro. When he goes to the vet, the technicians and receptionists all stop and come over to see him, as he's that nice! Floyd is very curious about the world and is loving this whole new life that includes socialization and adventure!

Floyd is a leaner and fancies himself a lapdog. He rides well in the car, is good on a leash, and basically just goes with the flow.
