Sadly, Flaca had to be rescued from a neglect situation and, unfortunately, we are unable to provide details as there is a criminal case pending. Now safe with Coastal GSR, Flaca is learning that not all people are bad and has been in boot camp with a trainer who has worked wonders with our under socialized and feral dogs. Everything, including walking on grass, was a new experience for her, but she's made great progress and now enjoys her walks. As scared as she was, Flaca means no harm; she has slowly learned to trust the people around her and is looking for a forever family who will be gentle and kind and show her the true meaning of a wonderful life!
