Etta

  • Female
  • 1-2 years
  • German Shepherd Dog

We rescued Etta and her litter of puppies (the 2018 E litter) from the Riverside Shelter. She was a great mom and was great with her foster's other dogs, but she was very timid around people. All of her puppies found homes and it was then Etta's turn, but she couldn't be leashed and didn't want anything to do with anyone other than her foster mom, which doesn't help one get adopted. Soooo, to boot camp she went!

Now, months later, she is a proud graduate of a world–renowned board and train, has no outstanding student loans, and is being walked/worked by several different people. She's much better, but is still timid with strangers. Once you adopt her (you know you want to), she will warm up to you and become your best friend. Around 2, going on 3, she's great in the house, potty trained, crate trained, easy on a leash, easy on the eyes, and gets along with other dogs.
