Elke is 2½ years old and the offspring of Apollo and Gretchen (who are also both available for adoption). Their owner was a backyard breeder who was not able to care for Apollo, Gretchen, nor the H litter, so Coastal GSR took them all in. We leave no dog behind. 😉

Her former owner wasn't worried about the betterment of his dogs, so Elke wasn't socialized with people. She is good-natured, but is more comfortable with dogs than with people. Her dream home will be one which is patient and has another dog to show her the ropes. She is smart, young, and has her whole life ahead of her.
