When our volunteers first met Dixie, they couldn't believe the immense good humor that this sweet gal wants to share with everyone. Dixie is just recovering from a nasty cold but you'd never know it. Somewhere between 9 and 12 mos old, Dixie has a smile for everyone. She is the camp social director and immediately introduces herself exuberantly to every new person or dog. Her travel mate from the shelter, Trooper, proved to be just that - Dixie thought it was fun to wrestle in the back of the van.

We are just getting to know this joyful girl and will post updates when we get them. For now, suffice it to say that she loves people, dogs, probably cats but will greatly benefit from an obedience class to channel her energy.
