Diva
- Female
Diva is learning to trust and is slowly opening up. Currently, she is residing with 5 foster siblings and 3 foster felines. She has adjusted to them quickly and has fit into the pack without problems.
She is definitely a puppy a heart and is being taught her boundaries. Her foster mom is beginning to crate train her, which is a big adjustment for her and we are working on her potty training skills. She had a bath this weekend, and did well. She loves to run and play. She will chase the ball or rather chase the other dogs, who inevitably get to the ball first.
She started out being a scared, shy baby when she was picked up, and after only two days of being in a home, with TLC, she has transformed into a new dog. Diva will do well with continued obedience training as she is young and needs guidance.
Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!
